These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlov3 ("phlov3," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlov3 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phlov3.com and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phlov3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2.1 Age Requirement. The phlov3 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phlov3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlov3 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phlov3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. phlov3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phlov3 may verify the information you provide at any time and may suspend your account pending verification.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). phlov3 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phlov3 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlov3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify phlov3 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 phlov3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any activity conducted through your phlov3 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified phlov3 of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.4 phlov3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. phlov3 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlov3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phlov3 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of KYC verification. phlov3 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your phlov3 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. phlov3 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phlov3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 phlov3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. phlov3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if phlov3 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 phlov3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Each game available on the phlov3 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 phlov3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the game lobby.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phlov3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phlov3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 phlov3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other manifest error on the Platform.

All content on the phlov3 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual materials, is the property of phlov3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phlov3's prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlov3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 phlov3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlov3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phlov3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlov3 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phlov3's customer support team.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority where applicable.
