• Account and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML regulations.
• KYC documentation is retained for the period required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

10. Children's Privacy

The phlov3 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. phlov3 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. 11. Changes to This Policy

phlov3 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
